Tent Rental Prices
Prices are starting-at rates for the tent rental. Setup is free, and sidewalls and basic lights are included at no extra charge. Delivery is extra and depends on your location. Upgrades such as full perimeter lighting, rafter lighting, chandeliers and liners are priced separately.

*Guest counts are general planning estimates (about 10 sq ft per standing guest and 12–15 sq ft per seated guest at banquet or round tables). They are not limits. Dance floors, buffets, bars, stages and DJ space all take room, so call us to plan your exact layout.
Multi-Day & Long-Term Pricing
Many of our tents are priced the same for one day or a multi-day rental of up to 7 days. For longer rentals, tents go up on Thursday and stay through the following week, and you pay per weekend used. The 4th week is free, so a full month costs about the same as 3 weeks. See long-term & commercial tent rentals.

Frame vs. Pole vs. Clear-Top: Which Is Right?
- Frame tents: no center poles, so you can use every foot of floor. Best for hard surfaces, tight sites and layouts.
- High peak pole tents: the classic peaked look at a lower starting price for 40 ft widths.
- Clear-top tents: open-sky views for weddings and evening receptions.
Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event.
