What areas do you deliver tents to?

We deliver throughout Texarkana TX and AR, including Wake Village, Nash, Redwater, New Boston and Hooks. For larger events and long-term installations, we also serve Shreveport, Hot Springs, Little Rock, Broken Bow, Tyler, Longview and Dallas–Fort Worth. We travel even farther for long-term and commercial projects.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is extra and depends on your location. Setup is free. Call (903) 824-2219 or request a quote with your event address.

Is setup included?

Yes, setup is free. Our crew delivers, installs, anchors and takes down every tent. Our frame tents are installed by crews certified by the American Rental Association (ARA).

How are tents anchored? Can you stake into my lawn or set up on concrete?

We anchor every tent to suit the site: stakes in grass or soil, and ballast such as water barrels on hard surfaces. Tell us your surface when you request a quote.

What happens if it rains or storms?

Our tents are built for rain, and sidewalls are included free for wind and rain. For safety, our crew may not install a tent, or may ask guests to leave it, during high winds, lightning or severe weather. If weather forces a change, we’ll work with you on a raincheck to reschedule, subject to equipment availability.

How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?

A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event. You can book many tents online, or request a quote and we’ll reserve your date.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Deposits are generally non-refundable, because we hold your equipment and turn away other bookings for your date. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to offer a raincheck so you can reschedule, subject to equipment availability.

How far in advance should I book?

Book as early as possible, especially for spring and fall weekends. Those dates, and wedding season, fill up first.

Do you rent tents long term?

Yes. We offer weekly, monthly and seasonal tent rentals for job sites, warehouses, oilfield work, plant shutdowns, retail tent sales and venues. Tents go up on Thursday and stay through the following week, and you pay per weekend used. The 4th week is free, so you get about a full month for the price of 3 weeks. We also offer structure and garden tent installations with leasing and payment options.

Do you also rent tables, chairs and dance floors?

Yes. We rent tables, chairs, dance floors, staging, lighting upgrades, bars, generators and more, so you can book your whole event with one company.
